Recently, the 5^th Sino-American Symposium on Clinical and Translational Medicine (SAS-CTM) has been held in China National Convention Center, Beijing. The symposium aims to establish a bridge between China and the US, which helps the both sides exchange ideas and collaborate on clinical and translational research. In this year, the symposium firstly established the “Clinical and Translational Research Awards”, which were awarded to excellent young investigators in clinical and translational research. Dr. Guo Baosheng, Mr. Liang Chao and Mr. Leng Houfu from IBTS won the prize due to their outstanding works.
