The Institute for Advanced Translation Medicine in Bone & Joint Disease (IBTS) and the Research Center for Drug Discovery (RCDD) of Sun Yat-Sen University jointly held a symposium titled ‘Innovative Drug Discovery Methodology’ at the School of Chinese Medicine on December 2~3, 2014, HKBU. Prof. Aiping Lu (Dean of SCM and Director of IBTS), Prof. Ge Zhang (Deputy Director of IBTS), Prof. Jun Xu (Founder and Director of RCDD in Sun Yat-Sen University) organized their research team members presented a series of lectures on ‘Innovative Drug Discovery Methodology’. They all made an agreement on establishing closer cooperation on bioinformatics and biomedicine for drug discovery in bone & joint disease between IBTS in HKBU and RCDD in Sun Yat-Sen University.
