Mr. Jun Lu, the Ph.D. student in IBTS, was invited by the Department of Chemistry at the National University of Singapore (NUS) to make an oral presentation on the 8th Singapore International Chemistry Conference (SICC-8) on 14th ~17th December 2014 at the University Town campus of NUS. 

SICC is a biennial conference dedicated to promoting advances in chemistry. This conference focuses on molecular synthesis and catalysis and aims to serve as a platform for the discussion on current and new scientific developments in chemical sciences including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, supramolecular chemistry, bioorganic chemistry and green chemistry. 

Ph.D. student Mr. Jun Lu will make an oral presentation on 'A novel method for aptamer-triptolide conjugate linked by an acid-labile vinyl ether bond: synthesis, characterization and pH-sensitive biological properties of the conjugate'.
