A collaborative research done by PhD student Liang Chao and Research assistant professor Guo baosheng in IBTS was published in “Nature Medicine” (Impact factor 28.054). The work entitled “Aptamer-functionalized lipid nanoparticles targeting osteoblasts as a novel RNA interference–based bone anabolic strategy” developed an osteoblast-specific aptamer-based delivery system for osteogenic siRNAs and advanced the targeted delivery selectivity of osteogenic siRNAs from the tissue level to the cellular level.
