Our previous studies demonstrated that CKIP-1 played an important role in failure of osteoblast-mediated repair for articular bone erosion in rheumatoid arthritis. To take a step closer towards clinical translation, Prof. Zhang Ge and his team members visited PharmaLegacy Laboratories (Shanghai) Co, Ltd on May 12, 2015, and had a fruitful discussion with Dr. Jeff Duan (General Manager) and technicians about the pharmacological experiment of CKIP-1 siRNA on non-human primate rheumatoid arthritis model.
